The Chapel of the hospital like Ta Prohm Kel they had been
used as the hospital chapel during the reign of the king Jayavarman VII and
depend on the inscription that they found in the area of this site could give
the details of the hospitals built by king Jayavarman VII and confirmed the
identity of this site as one of the 102 hospitals. The inscription also
mentioned the numbers of the resting houses from Angkor site to Champa country
there were 57 and Angkor to Phimai-Pura there were 17 and Phnom Chi-So in Ta
Keo province had one and the other sites there were 46 more. Well this temple
has only one tower made of sandstone and opened to the east and has 3
false-doors on the other 3 sides and this tower stood on the low common base
and was surrounded by a laterite wall with only one gate at the east and in the
corner of the tower we could see some female divinities and the pediments were
decorated with the Buddha images.
